Just five months after competing on the world kettlebell stage, Sharyn Millis has again booked a spot in the Australian team but this time she’s gone one better.

Millis competed in the 16kg snatch at the International Union of Kettlebell Lifting World Championship in Kazakhstan last year and she will again compete in the same event along with the 16kg one-arm long cycle at the 2017 edition at Seoul, South Korea in November.

The Bellistic – CrossFit 2680 owner put up enough reps in both events at the Victorian State Championships to gain selection.
